Position Overview

As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective and current customers. You’ll guide them through the solar journey—from initial inquiry to installation and beyond. This hybrid role blends consultative selling with ongoing customer support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and energy.

Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy and our product offerings.

Qualify leads and schedule consultations for our solar design team.

Provide personalised quotes and explain financing options.

Support customers post-sale with questions, scheduling, or troubleshooting.

Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure a smooth handoff and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incentives, and regulations.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, or environmental causes.

Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them simply.

Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
