Experience / Qualifications Required

Project management and plan creation, ability to use tools and software.
Courses available as well as online CPD, previous use of software as an alternative.
Project management methodologies.
Practitioner courses available in desired route.
Quality management systems, the standards required of the project(s) and processes in place.
Either through project management qualification or standards/auditing e.g. ISO: 9001
Risks to delivery.
Knowledge of the job lifecycle e.g. supply chain.

Demonstrate knowledge of

Relevant industry parties involved, including other trades.
Work within the solar industry – development route for existing staff? Alternative is to attract project professionals and immerse into the solar industry through site experience, CPD, courses.

Statistical, performance analysis and forecasting.

Previous experience of using data from solar PV systems or another sector.

Industry-specific software.

Experience of bespoke systems or managing those that access and utilise these.
The interrelation of PV systems and Electrical Energy Storage Systems (EESS).
Experience of solar PV installations that also feature EESS.
